Shipping and Processing Policy
Your order will be processed within 7 business days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
All books, CD’s, and merchandise have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and a receipt or proof of purchase must be included before a refund will be made.
Items purchased at 40% OFF or higher, or on a Final Sale, will not be eligible for return.
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 14 business days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
COACHING SERVICES AND COACHING PROGRAMS:
All sales are final for coaching services and programs and therefore are not eligible for refunds.
EVENTS AND CONFERENCES:
All ticket sales for events and conferences are final. In the event you cannot make a conference or event due to a family emergency or weather related issue, we will credit your ticket price toward the recording if it is available or a future event.
